Client Feedback & Reviews

I brought in a very sickly cat that I came upon on the road driving home last night and they were amazing. The cat unfortunately would not have made it. They are always very caring and compassionate people.Posted on Google Joy DaviesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my beloved six-year-old French Bulldog, Addie, at Crown Veterinary Specialists. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this experience deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with compassion. The receptionist immediately called for a technician as soon as I arrived, knowing Addie was in respiratory distress, and the staff quickly got her the care she needed. Every person I encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely caring during one of the hardest days of my life. The veterinarian took the time to compassionately explain Addie’s condition which helped me make the most difficult decision a pet owner can face. I never felt rushed, and I was given all the time and privacy I needed to say goodbye to my best friend. The thoughtful touches—a memorial stone, flower seeds to plant in Addie’s memory, grief resources, tissues, water, and the kindness shown by every member of the staff—meant more than words can express. A few days later, I received a handwritten sympathy card with heartfelt messages from both Addie’s neurologist and the veterinarian who cared for her that evening. In a world where handwritten notes are becoming rare, that simple act spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. While I hope no one ever has to experience saying goodbye to a beloved pet, I am deeply grateful that Addie’s final moments were spent surrounded by such compassionate professionals. Thank you for treating her with such dignity and for showing so much kindness to both of us. I will never forget the compassion you showed on the hardest day of my life.Posted on Google rdalton423Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We drove an hour for an emergency surgery on my dog. Crown has board certified surgeons and it showed! My dog was in bad shape but did great! Surgical site was neat and clean. I have been there with an appointment to see one of there specialists before. This was my 2nd emergency visit and they both did well.Posted on Google Leslie InlanderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We took our dog Duke in because he was throwing up and our vet saw a large mass on his xray. Everyone at Crown was so kind and helpful. DR. Fromzel was amazing! Turns out Duke had eaten a sock and Dr Fromzel successfully removed it from his stomach and Duke came home that night! Thank you all for taking such good care of our baby! Highly recommend!Posted on Google Ellen HorowitzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our dog had a very aggressive mass cell tumor. Dr Angelo and the staff at crown helped us get a little more time with our fur baby while showing such compassion and empathy. Highly recommend the services.Posted on Google Diane PanellaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding outcome to a horrible situation!!! My dog was attacked by another dog and was bit on his face. My husband called ahead and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived with my dog. Dr.M, Berger is who treated him. The rest of the staff was also outstanding!! They brought him right in and gave him pain medication. They needed to sedate him to assess his wounds, and unfortunately, he needed to have stitches. She had to shave his face in order to stitch him up properly, and when he came out, he looked awful, I was so upset!! However, she did a fantastic job because you can hardly even see his scar, it’s so thin!! Not at all what I expected!! The communication, and comfort was so much appreciated, as I was at my worst!! Again, I appreciate your services and expertise, but mostly your compassion and understanding. Otis is back to his old self and we appreciate all you did to help him heal.
